Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account at any time.

To delete your account, please send an email to our technical support team from the same email address that you used to register your account.

How to request account deletion

1. Open your email account that was used to register in the app.

2. Create a new email addressed to:

   support@unwaste.energy

3. Use the following email subject:

   account delete

4. In the email body, please write that you would like to delete your account.

Example:

Hello,
I would like to delete my account associated with this email address.
Please proceed with the account deletion process.

Confirmation required

After receiving your request, our technical support team will send a confirmation email to the same email address.

To complete the account deletion process, you will need to reply to that confirmation email and clearly confirm that you want your account to be deleted.

Your account will only be deleted after we receive your confirmation reply.

Important information

Please note that account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you may lose access to your profile, app data, saved settings, and other information associated with your account.
